New Booking System for Denham Pit 3

TO OUR MEMBERS

Due to the Covid-19 the council have asked the club to use a booking system for Fishing times on Denham pit3.

THE BOOKING PHONE NUMBER IS O7751 270943 TEXT ONLY.

SPECIMEN GROUP ANGLERS

1. You can book a 24hr slot or a 48 hour slot. (Only session to be booked at a time)

2. You may only TEXT your booking times in, 24hrs before YOUR STARTING TIME.

3. You must not make another booking until 24 hrs after your FINISHING time.

4. You must TEXT your DATE OF BOOKING, NAME, MEMBERSHIP NUMBER, CAR REG, HRS OF BOOKING 24 OR 48HRS, TIME&DATE OF START, TIME&DATE OF FINISH.THEY MUST BE IN THIS ORDER if not your session will not be allowed. Texting times are between 1800 hours – 2000 hours or your session will not be confirmed.

5. You must not go fishing if your booking has not been confirmed.

6. None specimen group anglers must book but put 6.00am as start and 8.00pm as finish. You will still need confirmation before you go. But you may book again for the next day. YOU MUST TEXT IN THE SAME ORDER AS THE SPECIMEN GROUP.

1 DATE OF BOOKING 4 CAR REG 7 TIME & DATE OF FINISH

2 NAME 5 HRS OF BOOKING 24 OR 48HRS

3 MEMBERSHIP NUMBER 6 TIME & DATE OF START

You must do your text in this order if not you will not be allowed to fish

Please remember do not go though the green gate before your start time.

And you leave 30minutes before your finishing time.
